| 15 km from the Resort of Areanl d’en Castell is the Son Parc Resort where the only golf course on the island, is to be located. The beautiful beach of Arenal Son Saura with its sand Dunes and long length of shallow water offers another good beach locally. There is a walk able coastal route connecting the 2 resorts. |
| Fornells is 12 kms away and a must for all tourists; with a local unspoilt feeling and a natural fisherman’s port where a variety of seaports can be practised such as windsurf, sailing and scuba diving, plus it has always been famous for its seafood dishes such as lobster stew. |
Mao the capital city is 17 km away, it is the economic centre of the island and where the airport is situated. How ever, it’s main chaim to fame is it has the second largest natural port in the world with and ample variety of stops and restaurants. Ciudadela is considered the religious capital of the island. Famous for the Sant Joan religious celebrations is approximately 30 km. away. |
